Hi! I’m Stephanie. My journey from Venezuela to the US has been a roller-coaster, but it led me to the heart of the real estate market. The never-give-up attitude that helped my husband and me purchase our first home is the same one I bring to my work as a real estate agent today.

Our adventure in buying our first home ignited my passion for real estate. I've been in your shoes and understand the challenges of finding the perfect home. I use the lessons I've learned—the highs and lows—to guide others on their path to homeownership. My goal is to be the guide I wished I had—someone who listens, understands your concerns, and simplifies the often complex process of buying and selling a house.

In 2016, I moved from Venezuela to the US to build a better life for my family. Arriving with no money and no knowledge of English, I juggled three jobs to make ends meet. Despite the hardships, I persevered, teaching myself English and working tirelessly to improve our circumstances. This strength and determination now fuel my dedication as a real estate agent.

I am living proof that no dream is too big or too far, especially with the right support. My husband and I went from being penniless to proud homeowners, and now I'm committed to helping others achieve their homeownership dreams. From the first introductory phone call with Stephanie to the passing of the keys to our new home has been a wonderful process. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market and does an amazing job communicating expectations along the way so we aren't blindsided in end. It wasn't the best market setup for first time home buyers with a budget that's not the most competitive. However, Stephanie was always extremely quick to get us in to see houses, put in fair offers and close a deal! Stephanie was referred to us by a fellow realtor in the Phoenix area in part due to her being a Spanish speaker. My wife's English is limited and Stephanie's ability to communicate with her was a blessing, but her other professional attributes quickly became apparent.
